TECHARENA-4 disappointing things in the nokia X6

The Nokia X6 has been into some pretty much good competition from the midrange makers and it pretty much survived with some sensible hardwares. The first range nokia phones dint sport some serious hardware (Nokia 8 did, but the camera was not at similarly expected like that of LG G6, but it did well enough). But the next range of phones did come with some goods better than most brands and perfectly suited to the price. The Nokia X6 was one of the smartphones made for mostly the midrange competition and it does have some intense features fit for the money you will spend.
The Nokia X6 dosent come with a friendly price tag
Other brands like to keep their phone above all and that just keeps the competition hot. Well, Nokia did think that through and the X6 seems like a sufficient phone for the job of the midrange champion. Or is it? The biggest flaw in the X6 was its battery, which was not sufficient for such a beast (A beast should have a big energy source, thats a point). There are many things in the X6 which might have made it a perfect phone for the price, but that dint happen. Let's check out what exactly are those.

4 DISAPPOINTING THINGS IN THE NOKIA X6

1. Small battery

The x6 comes with a 3060mAh (its near to the commonish 3000mAh one) battery pack. It is kind of a small pack provided that the X6 supports fast charging and its backed up by an efficient 14nm made Snapdragon 636 which does all the operations with efficiency, and there's stock android too. The X6 should have come with a better battery size, around 3500mAh or more, in order to power the X6 fully for more than a day with more than just moderate usage.

2. Hybrid SD card slot
The X6 dosent come with much needed dedicated SD card slot. Now that is a compromise on the specs as most of the users do carry with two sims. And they wont be able to make up space for stuff since the sd card slot have been taken up by another sim. Also, the internal storage options of the X6 are just limited to 64GB, whereas other phones have huge storage sizes upto 128GB. That too with cheaper prices. That kind of feels unfair too.

3. No variant with more internal storage

The X6 has storage options upto just 64GB. Thats all. The RAM sizes do come with a huge 6GB version that is more than enough for the bigger price but the storage options dosent seem that much right. Smartphones like the Moto G6 plus and the way cheaper Oppo Realme 1 comes with a 128GB option which settles the storage problem right away with its huge internals. No need for a SD card slot too. But there is one in the X6 and you cant use it also if you use two sims for your needs

4. No good video recording options

The X6 comes with a brilliant camera setup,  with the brilliant 16MP unit like in the Nokia 6, now with EIS stabilisation and Depth sense 5MP assistor. More than enough for good photographs. But for the X6 might not be an option for video lovers. There is just a 1080p at 30fps which is good enough but not sufficient. No 4K, no 1080p 60fps (4K does eat up space fast but 60fps comes handy when you can capture something amazing). That migh hurt for some camera lovers (that too a nokia fan if he/she is). Well the ZEISS optics would also have been appreciated too( but that's OK, since the Nokia 6 2017 captured amazing with just a simple lens), but no good video recording options in a nokia camera phone is something unacceptable.

The Nokia X6 is an amazing phone, but it could have been the complete midrange champion if few things were better in it.

6 INCREDIBLE THINGS IN THE OPPO FIND X

The Oppo Find X recently got released without a camera module on its body. And that is just amazing for a full body display without a camera on the either side, but as a pop up module which sports both the dual rear setup and the front camera. Oppo already had phones that came with impressive camera modules, much of the technology infused. But now that includes improved camera quality too with better sensors and optics. Quite an uncommon thing, but Oppo dosent stand that much in the flagship ground as it is much more concentrated in the midrange and budget segment.  But with the Find X, it did secure a place. It will be determined in the future whether this will be temporary or permanent. The Oppo Find X is more of the premium flagship        The Oppo Find X comes with incredible features, and also with a flagship level price that wont dissapoint flagship users. But it does have a possibility to stand against the premium flagship phones and also emerge out as a better one

TECHARENA - Is the new Moto G6 Play a good buy?

The 6th gen Moto G smartphones are actually upto something. And that can be seen in their hardware upgrades, which is nothing like the previous generation Moto smartphones. Like the other G6 series phones, the G6 play also sports some good hardware and a special upgrade for the camera that most budget phones miss out (and that's where you get disappointment on buying one).         The Moto G6 play combines sufficient performance with a capable camera for a good price, just like the E5 plus. Else for the previous G4 play, which was quite a good phone, that did not meet the actual budget expectations, though that was 2 years ago. But this time, the G6 play did. It comes with a Snapdragon 430 (snapdragon 425 for USA variant) Chipset for providing all the power needed, an improved 13MP camera and a big 4000mAh battery with fast charging. Well specifications seem good, but is it a good buy? or just a waste of money? Read below Is the new Moto G6 Play a good buy???
